Mannady street

Food makes everyone happy. There is a proverb that says " worth one's salt" which means at the end of the day a good meal keeps a human satisfied.

There are a lot of food vloggers who go to different places to try different types of foods and one of those places is Mannady Street. I have been hearing about this place for a long time and finally, today was the day to visit.

This place was situated near Chennai Beach railway station with just five minutes of walking. It was almost an hour of a train journey that included lots of stories and jokes that brought tears to the eyes due to non-stop laughter. The architectural structures on the way to the street were very aesthetic and a view for photographers.

As soon as we reached Mannady Street Vinaya was our guide to the best snack shop with lots of delicious dishes. The place was very crowded with lots of people gathered around the small shop portraying the authenticity of the food provided. The snacks that were received after a short wait was delicious and we all loved and enjoyed them but we still had our favourites among those snacks. 

The return trip was equally enjoyable with the night lights and the cool breeze that caressed the face while on the train. It was a musical evening with our favourite songs and a discussion related to the hows and whys of the song. The long walk home along with the lively and busy street kept the night alive.
